I am about to submit my application to CIO. My question here is that they have asked for 2 self addressed envelops, does these envelopes have to be postage paid or just plain envelops with my address on it. ??

These are self adressed mailing labels . Just take a printout of your address on stick on paper in english and your native language and send them along with your application .
