Timeline for NOD after hearing

Hi. Have you got your NOD? When did you get it? I also got a positive decision in early September, but I haven't received my NOD yet.
Made my refugee claim in May 2021
Work permit in November 2021
First hearing for May 15, 2023
Hearing postponed for sep 06, 2023 Recieved positive decision on the table.
Got my NOD sept 26th, 2023

2nd Eligibility interview in February 2023
Work Permit in March 2023
NO UPDATE TILL NOW.
You have to wait for a hearing, normally can take up to 1 to 2 years unfortunately.

Yes, unfortunately I'll have to. I've seen people who applied after me they got their decision.
Just a quick question, before hearing date scheduled for you, did you see any background check?
On the portal it says my background check was completed on July 2023 (Recently). (Before work permit there was another background check)
When I applied the portal didn’t exist yet during 2021 they were using EPOST anyways, for every application they need to do background check so I’m not sure really. What’s your country of origin?
We have the same timeline and I have my hearing date already, I hope everything goes well.
