yes lMIA is still valid , it was a closed work permit my reason was was that your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence. 2nd you have limited employment possibilities in your country of your residence and 3rd you were not sblr to demonstrate that you will be able to adequately perform the work you seek.
how can i rectify and what files i can add to reapply

What is NOC and what did you show you can do the job - reference letters, ECA and language tests. You didn’t apply from country of citizenship so need to show ties to return.

Noc is 13110 for admin profile , approved lmia was there , submitted language test. I didnt submit my current job offer letter.

Did you submit ECA as NOC states:

• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.

So does your education match the NOC. Reference letter not enough. How many years of experience do you have? Do you have ECA? If not, get it.
