Hello po sa lahat na andito, just wanted to share our timeline.

January 2016: PEI Letter of Intent

September 1, 2016: Invitation to Apply from PEI

September 15, 2016: Submission of Documents

September 26, 2016: Request for Application Fee for PEI PNP Nomination

October 5, 2016: Received Nomination Certificate from PEI

October 12, 2016: Express Entry Draw, Express Entry Invitation to Apply (ITA)

October 18, 2016: Upfront medical at St. Luke’s Bonifacio Global City

December 2, 2016: Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). Medical passed at this point.

February 6, 2017: Passport Request (PPR)

Hi. Just wanna know who are still waiting for their medical request? I've received my AOR/UCI last February 28,2017. Usually how long does it take to have that medical request email? Thank you.

hi sugar nareceive ko yung UCI no. ko March 01, 2017 then March 29, 2017 meron na din dumating saken na medical requests, ikaw ba ok na medical request mo or done ka na po ba sa medical?

PNP with employer support & OEC

Hi question po at sana masagot ninyo tanong ko regarding provincial nominee with employer support.

Nababalitaan ngayon sa TV mga direct hires, pahirapan na kumuha ng Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
1.) Is there a need for us to be concerned na may job offer tulad ng direct hires?
2.) Required sa provincial nominee with employer support stream ang OEC?

Hello sir i have one query about most sutable NOC for PNP of my profile

I have M.Com degree and about 5 year experience in financial and accounting. But i have confused about NOC ........is any Professional cource required or MCom is sufficient for NOC 1111

Guys patulong naman, meron nareceive na medical request from CIC para saken, and if applicable daw para sa common law partner ko, and para sa dalawang ank ko, one is 3years old and 1 year old. Problem is nung nagfill up ako ng application form they will not yet accompany me sa Canada. Tanung bket kelangan nadin nila magmedical may chance na ba na pwde ko nadin sila makasabay pagpunta Canada if naapprove po ang application ko. Salamat...

All depends ano ang hawak mo pag-alis mo ng bansa. Immigrant visa or WP/TRV?

Unless binago na ang rules for immigrants (which is hindi pa), well:

1.) No. Applicable lang ang direct hiring requirement ng POEA sa mga TFWs/TCWs kung saan temporary ang nature ng work and temporary ang status ng worker emigrating from the PH. Kaya papasok ang POEA - kung TFW/TCW ka - aalis/immigrating sa ibang bansa for the purposes of engaging in work for a temporary period of time after which babalik ka sa PH.

Under ng immigration process - specifically this program. Magiging eligible ka for permanent residency kasi me job offer ka. Daraan ka sa immigration process/permanent residency application process. After mo dumaan dito ang status mo is actually an immigrant with the intent to settle another country and walang duration ang period of residence mo. Unlike sa TFW, me duration ang period wherein pwede ka magreside sa bansa.

If ang mangyayari is kailangan ka agad ng employer mo at nais nila na mapabilis ang alis mo sa pamamagitan ng pag-kuha ng WP (under ng program pwede ito), well then saklaw ka ng POEA. Dahil ang estado mo with a WP is isa kang TFW kahit na under process pa ang PR application mo. Naunang lalabas ang WP mo, at ito ang magiging estado mo pag-alis ng bansa - isa kang TFW/TCW with a WP/TRV - hindi isang immigrant with a PR visa.

2.) No kung ang daraanan mo is ang full PR process (hindi ka kukuha ng ng WP/TRV). Again, kung an nais ng employer mo mabilis ka makaalis at makapagsimula sa kanila at nais nila kunan ka ng WP, then isa lang TFW/TCW at kailangan mo ng OEC para makaalis sa bansa.

Fees payment na lang kulang ko sa MPNP application. tanong ko lang paano kayo nagbayad?

galing kasi ako BPI to get bank draft pero sabi ng manager eh may customer sila na binalik ang bank draft ng canada at di inaccept.


i checked the site again for payment instruction eh nawala na nga yung option to pay thru bank drafts.

Same experience sa akin. I asked my sister sa credit card nya ginamit ko for PR application last october then RPRF ko nong feb pareho namang na acknowledged ng CIC. Pero prepaid ng BPI pwede rin poponduhan mo lng pero inaccept nila as mentioned sa instruction on how to pay fees. Mag inquire k sa BPI or metrobank kung alin ang mas mabilis. I also tried BPI n more fun prepaid card kc pwede k magload kahit 100k . Research mo na lng yung mga onditions and requirement nila. Ang metrobank naman pwede ang cash withdraw if ever marami ka funds.
The best pa rin kung pag aaralan mo itong dalawang prepaid cards. I am not promoting.... pero ito yung nabasa sa website nila nong time na nasa situation mo ako.

Hello po. Got my AOR last March 16, what is the average time po ang file transfer to local visa office? Panu po malalaman kung san visa ofis mapupunta ung application. Currently based here at pinas. Thanks po sa magrereply.

Hi Guys, can I ask something. I forwarded my application last August 2016, waited for 7 months for AOR but I haven't received one. My relatives followed-up my application to CIC and said that it was returned las October 2016 as incomplete (signature). But until now I haven't received it.

Last week my relatives in Manitoba asked again what can I do and advised me to ask for an extention of my nomination (expiration: November 26, 2016) and tell them the reason. So I emailed the MPNP and here's what they said:

Dear Applicant,



Please be advised that when requesting for an extension of approval letter, MPNP requires a copy of the letter from IRCC or any proof that the application package was returned and confirmation that your application package is now complete and ready to resubmit.

I would like to ask what does they mean "confirmation that your application package is now complete and ready to resubmit. "

is it the new application I will send to CIC?

I've checked our gckey account and it says that they are still processing our background check and security and still they are on the processing of making their decisions.. but then when i check my online-services of cic the status of our application is decision made, the last line that was there is they received our medical..

Hi! Tapos na ko sa medical ko last April 12, 2017. REceived na din nila yung result ko. Ang worry ko lang is yung payment ko, wala pa update online kung nareceive na nila. Pano ba yung sayo?

DM ka na and if nothing else is requested at this point you should be home free.

It may be hindi pa synced ang info between gckey and the cic online services at the time nag-check ka. Normally DM would mean a final decision is ready to be done - iniintay na lang ang last results from the other checks and madalas submission na lang ito ng PP for affixing the visa.
