I just received a reminder letter from Cic to send pcc.
My spouse have worked in Saudi for 2 years.
Meron din Po ba dito galing Saudi Na d Na nkapagprovide Ng pcc at okay naman Ang result?
Sir ragluf pa help naman Po.

Nka state Sa website yung pcc Sa Saudi not available Sa non residents Pero yung iba nakaka kuha parin. I don't know what to do now.

Happy New Year guys. Galing ako ng St. Lukes Extension Clinic (Ermita) last December 29, 2015 (Tuesday). Base sa rate ng medical:

0-4 years old = Php 2,217
5-10 years old = Php 2,774
11-14 years old = Php 3,992
15 years and older = Php 7,953

Kaming dalawa ng anak ko nagpamedical (my son is 3 years old).

Arrived at around 6:30AM, bukas na ang counter. Konti lang din tao. pang number 3 kami. Here is the order of process:

1st = On the front entrance, show to the guard your requirements

2nd = Go to 5th floor to submit all requirements to the Canada Counter. Mabait naman mga counter attendant, yung passport ko na photocopy medyo malabo, so di na nya ko pinababa, may photocopy machine sila at sya na nagphotocopy. After that, fill-up all the forms (this is a separate form to online registration form). Tapos kukuhanan kayo ng digital photo.

3rd = Pay to the counter (5th floor also)

4th = Proceed to Xray Section (done in 5 mins)

5th = Proceed to Laboratory for Urinalysis and Blood Chemistry with HIV test (done in 15 mins)

6th = Proceed to 5th floor again for Physical Exam. Dito, kasama na yung 3 year old son ko sa Physical Exam pero sa Pediatrician sya (done in 20 mins)

7th = Go back to the counter after the Physical Exam. Sila ang magfoforward ng mga documents sa 2nd floor for TB Education Room and Immunization Interview. We need to go back at 1:30PM kasi yung doctor ay darating pa lang daw ng 11AM at matatapos ang reading ng medical report. No choice, kelangan maglunch muna.

8th = at around 1:30 PM, pila sa TB Education Room. Medyo kinabahan ako, akala ko may problema sa xray ko. Yun pala, ginamit lang ang TB Education room for Immunization Interview. Pero dito rin siguro sinasabi ng doctor kung may problema ang xray or any other medical report mo.

Since may dala akong immunization ni baby, hindi na sya required ng MMR. Although hindi naman talaga required na sa kanila magpa vaccine, mas ok na rin para less pabalik balik. Ako ang natusukan ng MMR at Php 1,300.00

After nito, certificate of immunization and tapos na ang lahat ng process. Medyo natagalan talaga sa immunization part since naubusan ng vaccine and need to wait for the delivery of inventory. We were done at 3pm.

By the way, I have my brother with me kasi medyo mahirap pag may kasamang bata lalo na yung part na pabalik balik ka sa ibang floor. Pinayagan naman ng may kasamang iba.


Documents I carried:

1. Original Passport
2. Photocopy of passport
3. Medical Instruction from CIC
4. Visa Canada size photo (this is white background). same size ito ng passport photo (magkaiba lang sa background kasi blue ang sa passport). baka po may malito.
5. Online registration form

If I were you, use a paper clip for organization of your documents instead of staple it at all.

Please carry your black ballpen (not signpen).

Yesterday, my wife (principal sponsor) received the RPRF through her email. ECAS not updating yet. still 2 lines.

Nagpapicture na po kase ako kase pinalagyan ko lahat ng stamp ng studio. Pwede ko pa kaya ipasa yun?
nakalagay kase isang pic lang ang may stamp sabi sa guide pero nakakalito din po kase sabi sa checklist need ko lagay name,bday at date taken sa 5 pic and leave the 6th pic blank.. Ibig po ba sabihin nito na yung isang pic eh dapat may stamp ng studio, name ko, bday ko and date taken? salamat po sa sasagot

Ano po ba ibig sabihin ng in Canadian Funds only? ibig po ba sabihin nito na dapat in Canadian Dollars yung iisyu na certified cheque?
