Hi everyone,

We already submitted our CIO application thru Philpost last October 16 2014, until now we cannot track our documents, "no record found" hanggang ngayon. Sabi kasi ng Philpost 3-5 days lang daw mkakarating na daw yung documents namin. I-fofolowup nlng daw nila, meron bang nka try dito na Philpost yung gamit na courier??

May naka recieve na ba ng ppr this month?...and may naka recieve na ba ng kanilang passport?
Ask ko lang sana if anung courier ang usual na ginagamkt ng Cem para ibalik yung passport? Kasi LBC ko po lasi pinadala yung amin..please advise guys..

Question lang po can i work to different employer if open work permit na ako pero still waiting for my pr. Pwede bang part time na lang ako sa employer ko ngayon?

Generally, pag me open work permit ka, you can work anywhere. Walang kinalaman ang PR application mo sa open work permit mo unless Bridging open work permit ito or a work permit issued na me letter of support/work support letter galing sa PNP. Usually, ang work permit issued using a letter of support is a closed one to the employer na nag-"sponsor" sa iyo for nomination.

Walang restrictions ang open work permit mo, so pwede ka mag-part time or kumuha ng ibang work as long as hindi magkakaroon ng conflict sa work duties at time of work mo between multiple employers.

Hello po... Sa medical request po ba dapat nakalagay na kung kelangan na pay ng landing fee? Kc wala po nkalagay sa medical request ko... Saka kung ano pa ang mga additional docs na kelangan... Thank u po

Depende saan ipadadala pabalik - madalas na gamit is DHL, pero sa ibang probinsya, iba naman ang partner courier nila - all depends sa location. Iba-iba din sa ibang bansa.

Ang usual na advise dyan is kapag DM ka na, kakun-tsabahin mo na ang local offices/branches ng courier companies dyan sa area ninyo and pakiusapan mo na tawagan ka if me urgent na delivery papunta sa iyo. Many cases, madali silang pakiusapan. Iwan ka ng name and contact number.

Depends - ilan ba ang applicants na kailangan magbayad ng RPRF - pag kulang yari ka

Pag tugma naman ang payments sa number of applicants in the file na kailangan mag-bayad ng RPRF, ok na yan. Yun nga lang hindi agad kita para saan, kanino at ilan ang kasama sa payment - iniiwasan hangga't maari na ilagay ang decision na yan sa kamay ng mga VO para wala ng "human error factor" sa kanila. Kaya parati, tulungan ipakita sa mga titingin ng info ang gusto mo makita, hwag mo hayaan na pagisipan pa ng ibang tao (mga VO) - dahil hindi lahat katulad mo ng pananaw at kaisipan sa makikita sa payment.

Kapag ganito na hindi agad kita ang correspondence ng amount of payment sa dami ng applicants, general advice, maglalagay ng cover letter, at sasabihin na this is the total amount for payment of RPRF fees for the applicants. Here is a sample for reference - actually combined na ito for submission of any requirements - so cut and paste ka na lang as needed:

I am submitting these in support of our application for Permanent Residence in Canada.

Well, one - bakit ka gumamit ng PhilPost? Medyo hindi maganda ang track record nila sa delivery and tracking - better off sana mga established na international courier companies like UPS, Fedex or DHL kasi mas maayos ang track record nila sa delivery.

I don't think 3-5 days (unless expedited) will be enough papunta ng CIO-NS, kasi daraan pa yan sa collection/aggregation, bago ipapasa sa local partner sa Canada ng PhilPost, then daraan pa sa customs inspection yan (all packages) before mapupunta sa CIO-NS. So maaring hindi real-time ang updates ng PhilPost sa tracking nila kaya wala ka mabunot na information. Pero you need to call them up regularly para malaman kung nakaabot na ang package mo.

Depends, ano ba hawak mo IMM1017 na form? Or ang letter of instructions lang from the VO?

Madalas kasi ang medical request, or instructions for medical request is IMM1017 then me kasamang instructions. Eto ang masasabing main MR/IME part - medical forms.

Pero me nangagaling na instructions/letter mula sa VO (or in this case CEM) kung saan nakalista ang mga kailangan gawin, o i-submit. Eto at isang email din or separate na letter (kung via mail ang means ng correspondence). Maaring magkakasama ang:
- payment ng RPRF
- additional documents (PCCs, history, etc.) request
- immigration medical examination

Tapos sasabihin lang na susunod na ipadadala ang mga forms para sa medical exam/IME (ito ang ipadadala ay ang IMM1017) - as a separate email.

Sa kaso mo, kung ang instructions lang sa iyo ay medical exam, hintayin mo kung me darating na forms. Kung ang sinasabi mo na instruction ay kasama na ang medical forms, hintay ka ng mga susunod na instructions (panibagong emails) mula sa VO/CEM. Iba-iba ang mga sets ng instructions, minsan magkakasama na, or magkakasabay ang IME/MR sa RPRF minsan naman, later pa darating ang RPRF or instructions ng updated PCCs. Walang strict set na magkakasama na lahat ang ito sa isang email, or eto ang dapat mangyari - iba-iba per applicant and pag dating ng instructions.

Happy Tuesday everyone! We finally received our MR today after waiting for 42 days after receiving AOR. The letter stated that the VO is in Singapore. But we actually made a letter stating that we are moving back to the Philippines by November or December so we requested for CEM. What should we do? Help pls! Hi. Sorry diko na natrack yun earlier posts, anong province ka? Mb ba? I'm sg based also, same concern. Ayoko dito maprocess yun papers ko although I have requested also to have the processing in Cem. How long ka nagka aor after mareceive ng cic papers mo? Mine is 62 days pa lang nmn nakalipas. Without COc ap un though i attached the claim slip and coc is ready for despatch na anytime magka uci. Thanks

hi sir ragluf..thank you sa info..meron na po naman akong cover letter naka indicate naman po names namin and application number.at nilagay ko po din sa likod ng draft yung names namin and application number.
