Hi Lemonluv.. Sa IOM Makati, yung medical fees namin, adult 5k then children below 14yo yata is 2k..and we didn't require to have mmr vaccine unlike sa global. Baby book is needed for children. They really check it. Organize nmn sila.. maybe seniors can answer sa airfare..goodluck on your medicals..

To znarfier,

First time, it was because I did not include my eldest daughter in generic application and the second time was incorrect payment due also to her as I did not add her on fee payment form. Now, I am waiting for the AOR from CIO.

That's good to know that when they see something missing or incorrect in your application, they'll just send it back to you to complete & correct the info you have submitted.
