Pabalik na ang PPs mo malamang. Mangilan-ngilan naman ang nangyayari na dumarating ang PPVs before DM; usual is DM ang indication na pabalik na ang PPs.

Try mo kausapin ang courier offices dyan na abisuhan ka kung me padating sa iyo na important package, notify ka.

Hi epienes,

Still waiting for my file transfer to VO and MR too. Pero base dun sa timeline nga mga nauna sa atin, the application file has to be transferred to our VO before we receive the MR.
My AOR from CIO does not indicate if my file has been transferred to any VO near me

looks like same tayo timeline ng AOR-CIO

me too..they didn't indicate that my file has been transferred to any VO pero nilagay ko dun sa application ay CEM.

Nagtanong ako kay malfoy, sabi nya Monday sya nag-DM then Friday natanggap passport.

Well you have separate LoAs (very fortunate even with the ineligibility to be included as a dependent) which leads me to surmise, her application is treated as a separate application (separate UCIs) and likely she is a principal applicant in her own right. Similarly if she was not included in your LoA - that likely identifies her as a PA. I was thinking along the lines of a UCI/File number that references your application to hers, but it looks like this is not the case.

Thank you sir ragluf...now it is more clearer that she is the PA.

Your recourse right now is to keep inquiring at CIO for your AOR. It has been more than 10weeks - you have the right to persist in asking them for the AOR. Just make sure nothing has been sent to your spam mail and make sure the email address in your application is correct, before asking CIO for a reply.

As I remember sir, we need to send an enquiry to them only once. The automatic e-mail from them states that "you will receive a reply by e-mail within 20 working days". Maybe I will wait until next week or should I send again an e-mail to them?
Also, after checking, there's nothing on my spam e-mail and did check the application sent, it has my correct e-mail address.



Alternatively, you can send an email to CEM, probing to ask if your file has been transferred to them from CIO. In this forum, there is an inbox used to receive and send messages directly as PMs. Also click on the poster name and it will bring you to a page - at the bottom are links to "Send this member a personal message."..

Sir ragluf, forum mates, would you advise it if i email CEM about my passport?

DM ako last Monday lang (kahapon), but I submitted my PP since May 29th and the courier confirmed they received it last May 30th.

I was on vacation last week until kanina kasi and I remember there were previous posts na dumating ang PPV muna bago na-change ang eCAS. Im afraid i might have missed the delivery.

based on your timeline more than 2 months mo na receive yun CIO -NS AOR#.May I ask the exact date kun kelan mo pina receive yun documents mo sa CIO-NS? Coz until now I still don't have any CIO-NS AOR#. :'(

Nov 22,2013 - Documents received by CIO-NS
March 31,2014-Documents were returned due to lack of 1 form
May 9,2014-Documents received by CI-NS

Hello Popcorn,

Just want to ask, if your LOA date is Aug. 27, 2013, we need 6mos. period to submit our docs. to CIC. Did you happen to request to change the LOA date because May 9, 2014 seems to be 9 mos from your LOA date.

But i am confused on this because i was employed from 2010 to 2012, so what will i put during that time and what form will i use to fill up the their request? Hi paulene, do you have a copy of the schedule a - background / declaration form you've submitted? If yes, check the dates for you might have missed on this.
