Not sure nowadays for local deliveries. Dati air21 was the preferred courier for applications pickup and delivery of docs (pre-VAC) within MM and others were used for deliveries in the provinces, and DHL was preferred for international (with the exception of ME). Might have changed since VAC was set up.

Through Credit card din po ako pay RPRF, I send a print copy of a receipt thru LBC to:

Embassy of Canada
Visa Section
Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza
6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City 1200
Philippines

Then after nagmessage ang LBC na delivered to Embassy, I clarify things about online payment thru email to CEM. They replied and asked be about scanned copy of receipt which i did emailed them.

My suggestion is for you to send a print copy of a receipt to CEM thru any courier services and then forward them thru email with a scanned copy of said receipt. hope it helped...

question po pwede po bang umattend ng mga seminar kahit wala pang PPR? parang me nabasa ako sa isang sabi ng pinoy na kahit MR pa lang pwede na umattend ng seminar?

there is no definite timeframe po sa ganyan.. case to case basis.. im also waiting for my mr and im at my 70th day today.. be patient and it will come^^ chillax..

Pwede na po attend CIIP at COA once you've received MR. Actually, advisable po to do it ASAP kasi you will realize na sobrang daming preparation pa kailangan gawin to be job ready pagdating dun. Check their online registration. I'm also waiting for PPR & has finished CIIP already, very informative & useful.

saan ko po pwede makita para po makaattend na ng seminar para while waiting sa PPR eh ok na lahat then para makaalis din kagad kasi kakainip din yung nag aantay ka tapos pag kalumabas ang PPR mo tska ka mag aasikaso another time nanaman

san po ba pwede mag punta me bayad po ba? or me kailangan po ba na request from embassy?
