Kailangan specific, pag sinabi mo kasing "kasama sa application" - ano pa din ang declaration mo sa kanila?

Example 1:
"Kasama sa application" - isinulat mo ang mga pangalan nila as dependents (kasama sa application pa din), pero inilagay mo na Non-Accompanying sila.

So kung ganito - declared as dependents sila sa application, pero Non-Accompanying - so di sila kasama sa bibigyan ng visa. Mag-aaply sila as PA ng sarili nilang PR application. In this scenario - di mo kailangan bayaran ang RPRF nila. Sila na ang magbabayad nun sa sarili nilang PR application. Bale hindi sila kasama sa pag-immigrate mo sa Canada. Pwede pa rin sila mai-sponsoran sa ibang panahon, dahil na-declare mo na sila as dependents. Or mag-apply sila ng hiwalay.

Example 2:
"Kasama sa application" - isinulat mo ang mga pangalan nila as dependents (kasama sa application pa din), pero inilagay mo na Accompanying sila. (will accompany you to Canada)

So kung ganito - declared as dependents sila sa application, at Accompanying - so kasama sa bibigyan ng visa at kasama sila sa application mo to immigrate to Canada. Kahit mauna ka, at di sila kasabay sa pag-alis, tapos na ang application nila, dahil "kasama" sila sa application mo para mag-immigrate. Di nila kailangan mag-apply ng hiwalay bilang PA para mag-immigrate. Kaya kailangan bayaran mo ang RPRF ng mga dependents sa ganitong scenario.

yes, medyo matagal na nga. i just do hope na natambakan lang yong papers namin. may additional docs na hiningi nung oct 3, and nasubmit naman namin agad that month. yes, nagsend na kami ng email, fax and also thru courier, today ang dating ng pinadala namin thru lbc. sa mga email and fax, no response pa rin. i followed yong sinabi ni sir ragluf.. still waiting for the response from CEM... hopefully soon..... God's wil!

Kung minsan talaga kailangan mo mag-pa ramdam o sundutin ang VO hehehe. Kailangan lang timing. Lalo pa sa ngayon papunta na ng annual summer vacations.

Saang email ka nagsend ng inquiry? Napansin ko kasi pag sa case specific web page ako nagsubmit, walang auto-reply email kaya yung mga sinend ko dating inquiry e di ko alam kung natanggap nila, unlike nung sinend ko sa manilimmingration email na mayroong auto-reply.

It has been a month since natanggap ng CEM ang RPRF namin at 3 months na since medicals received kaya kahapon nag-email ako sa kanila (manilimmigration @ internal.gc.ca) para magtanong kung meron pa ba akong pending na requirement na dapat isatisfy.
And this morning, we got a happy surprise when we received an email about "urgent request for passports"!

meron kaming natatanggap na autoreply, means pumasok yon sa email nila. ngsend na rin ako dun sa case specific, wala din response. dyan din ako ngsend, twice na. pero until now wala pa rin reply. matagal ka na pala nag-apply? actually 2012 pa kami nagpadala ng application sa CIC, feb 2013 na kami nanominate. mabilis nga nun kasi napadala namin ang docs namin mga june or jul 2013, august medical na kami, then after nun, wala na update, ano na kaya nangyari sa application namin?

the longest wait is from 5 to 7 months, meron nman iba pag mapalad from 3 to 5 months...iba-iba kasi depende sa visa officer...hope & pray for the best
