Hi,

Example 1:

Mag-aaply sila as PA ng sarili nilang PR application. In this scenario - di mo kailangan bayaran ang RPRF nila. Or mag-apply sila ng hiwalay.

Example 2:
(will accompany you to Canada)

So kung ganito - declared as dependents sila sa application, at Accompanying - so kasama sa bibigyan ng visa at kasama sila sa application mo to immigrate to Canada.

Alin dito (Example 1 or 2) and sitwasyon mo?

.../

I see.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/timeline-for-filipinos-submitted-pnppr-applctions-at-cio-t93206.0.html;msg3115299#msg3115299

Anong date lumabas ang "Medical Results have been received"?

Rarely para sa isang PNP nominee na aabutan ng expiry ng medicals, which is right now ang longer period ng timeline mo. Kung susuriin ang average processing time is pwedeng sukatin ng:
AOR-CIO <------(average processing time published by CIC for the VO)--------> DM

Medical results received <------(1 year) -------> visa expiry date

Hello forum mates, updates on my apps:
April 25, 2014- Medical done me and my 2 kids, si hubby we decided to delay because my cough sya nun
RPRF- according to the bank MC was encashed May 2, 2014 by the embassy
May 6, 2014- Nagpa medicals na husband ko then after 2 days may namisscall sa CP nya, worried ako baka re sa medicals yun tinawagan ko SLEC global, then the nurse told me na wala naman issues samin ng mga anak ko but my husband needs Pulmo-Evaluation ng doctor sa SLEC ermita and scheduled on May 13, 2014. Naisip ko na kaagad na baka mag undergo sya sputum exam, kaya lang base sa mga nasearch ko sa mga forums, binibigyan na ng sched agad for 3 consecutive days then after the smear result came out saka yung pulmo-evaluation. Sa case nya titingnan daw muna ng doctor and pinapadala lahat ng old xray films which is puro normal naman.
Kasi normal naman chest xray nya 3 months and 1 year ago eh. Anyone who had idea or actually had experience on this? Thanks in advance.

Those who have been scheduled for medical furtherance do add in a couple of months to processing, but this has not happened yet to you, so hope everything works out first with the initial sputum exams.

Good thing - me chance ka na to correct this. So make sure klaro sa new IMM0008 ang intention mo - accompanying sila.

Down the line, after makuha nyo na ang mga visa, pwede ka na mauna then the rest follows. Make sure lang they land before their visas expire.

No worries on that reply. In response,

VOs do not usually respond to follow-ups if the application is still within published processing times. You may get a 'canned' response - meaning a standard, generic response acknowledging your message but it does not provide you any information. And follow-ups are also not entertained that much in person, unless there are strong grounds (i.e. it is an error on their side for which they are liable) for you to seek an appointment in person. There should be strong proof of that. Nevertheless you have already made your "presence" known by sending follow-ups, so the VO knows you are actively engaged in monitoring progress.

If there is a way for you to get GCMS/ATIP notes, that gives more details on where the application is and what is pending. If your husband is in Canada, or if someone you know is in Canada they can get this for you but it takes 1 month to get the results. So it may not matter if you request for this at this time. Given if all requested has been with them since 10/22/13, then your file may be queued for final assessement/DM. The assumption is what is maybe pending is the security assessment - as this is where we have no input. Think of this a security background check done through their own security agencies. As soon as this is done (assuming this is the only one pending on the admissibility assessements/checks), then a PPR is expected to be sent out. Now - what is looming here is the expected visa validity of 10/2014 (based on the MR), which is 6mos away, so on this, expect correspondence to be sent out sooner in the coming weeks. Check your email, and spam folder always, otherwise, set a filter in the email application so emails from known CIC/VO addresses will not be automatically sent to spam.

Are you using an agent/representative or this is a DIY/self-application?

We don't have agent/representative. My hubby's uncle and cousins are there in Canada. They actually helped us in our application. Ang worry ko baka aabutin ng expiration ng medical namin or baka ang application namin is inadmissible. :( wag naman sana.. last mail na nareceive namin from embassy is last February saying na we have to attend CIIP orientation, so we go to Manila para mag-attend nga session baka kasi yon ang hinihintay ng embassy na i-join namin. One thing more is diabetic po ako pero in control naman po, baka yon din ang isang cause ng delay?

thanks again..

Ask them to apply for GCMS/ATIP notes for the application so you can get more details:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/DEPARTMENT/atip/requests-personal.asp
It is free for those in Canada making the request.
