:) Hellooo!!! mga ka forum!!!

We just finished attending the CIIP (Canadian Immigrant Integration Program) for 1 1/2 days sa Makati.

It was very fruitful, informative, and highly recommended to attend to.

It is for FREE. (funded by the Canadian Government) para sa mga tulad nating pa immigrate na sa Canada.

Kung nandito pa kayo sa Philippines or sa abroad man, WE ADVISE you to attend para masimulan ninyo

ang inyong preparation how to find job, settle, and the schooling of your children.

Nasagot po ang aming mga tanong patungkol sa pag uumpisa sa Canada!

Registration is online po.

For more details, please go to the website of CIIP.

Gusto ko sana mag CIIP kaso di kami eligible to attend kasi ang province namin ay Quebec and they have their own orientation for their candidates. Good luck sayo Flor. Lapit na ang alis namin. This Feb na... Done with CFO, Job resignation, Pati dental appointment pinatos na namin kasi mahal daw sa Canada... Mag garage sale na kami next week, finish up the immunization record of my son and finalize the lists of goods... Grabe ang dami pang gagawin pero nakakaexcite isipin... ;D

Hi to all,

May I ask about the mode of payment for PR application, I am just about to send my application package to CIO.
Anybody knows here what is the CVV or security code of AMEX. I never tried to transact anything from my AMEX credit card that ask about CVV yet.
In AMEX credit card there is 4 digit numbers in front and 3 digit numbers at the back of the credit card.
Which one I'm going to use for the CVV in IMM 5620 is it in front or the back numbers?
Thank you very much.

It is the four digit number on the front of the card... but be sure that your card has sufficient credit limit to pay the processing fee, otherwise they will return your package...

hth..

Guys,

I got a question regarding the ECAS. I read that some people have got 3 lines in their ECAS, i.e. (1) Received application on (date) (2) In-process and (3) Medical Received.

How come mine only states: (1) Received application on (date) and (2) Medical Received.

What does In-Process entail?

Thanks GKarl and Ferdzmigz! I called AMEX and they said it depends upon the establishment, it can be the front number or the back, but I guess I have to use the front 4-digit numbers.
I'm going to send my package tomorrow.
All the best to everyone!

Hey maplelove!

Let me tell you how I paid my PF & RPRF. I paid them both at the same time using my credit card via on-line payment system. Thereafter, a receipt was emailed to me and attached it with my application. This way I don't need to fill-in the form and provide my credit card number and the CVV. I have reservation in supplying these details in any paper transaction because anyone who could have access to these details could use it in any on-line transaction. I consider this a red flag.

So, another option for you is to utilize the on-line payment system. The only thing is your AMEX card will be charged right away but the good thing is you already eliminated a situation wherein your application might be returned because of the payment issue, plus your credit card details are more secured.

Hi ConradFael!!! ;) :)

Ohh.. gnun ba? This Feb din ang alis namin pa British Columbia, may hinihintay na lang kami release ng diploma,

TOR, board cert namin from PRC and Civil Service sa akin. We're done with PDOS, CIIP (kahit hindi required),

aattend pa kami ng COA sa 29 January. Our Teeth are done alredy, kulang na lang eyeglasses, at vaccines record.

Other papers, pinakisuyo ko na lang sa friend namin.

Salamat ConradFael!

All the Best for you all in the family! God bless you all!
