Pls Help.....

Did anyone have a problem like this, i need your advices...

I received a ltter from Visa Office Manila this morning and it says:

This refers to your application for permanent residencein Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program Category.

We note your affidavit dtd March 13, 2012 indicating that your wife conjugal home with your son 10 yrs ago due to irrecincilable differences and that you have not been talking to each other since she left.
The immigration and refugee Protection Act of Canada requires all famiy members, whether accpimpanying or not to be examined and meet statutory requirements during the processing of an application,unless a properly delegated officer has determined that they were not required by the Act or the former act, as applicable, to be examined. You must declare all your dependents and they must comply with the required medical and other statutory requirements.

Anyone who experience this. Pls help.. Thanks.. By the way what do you mean or who is this Properly Delegated Officer they were talking about.. Thanks...

Hi. This means that you have to declare all your dependents in your application. Weather you are separated or not. You have to talk to your partner about this if you want your application to push thru or have a positive result. They need to undergo medical. Hope this help

Nag-pre-register ka ba muna online for PDOS? Required ba na magpa-pregister before proceeding sa CFO office? Hindi pa rin kami uma-attend. Plan ko rin by next week.

im a PR here s singapore, san po bang visa office ang dapat ko ilagay- pinas or singapore?

clarify ko lng din po, ang dependants po ba ay asawa o anak lang? kung single po ako, ibig sabhin wala po kelangan i-declare n family member?

Hi, pwede malaman kelan ka nagsubmit ng docs sa CIO? Sent mine 5Dec2013. Wala pa Ako natatanggap ng AOR till today.

tapos na po kami mg PDOS last 6 January 2014. agahan nyo po kasi FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis po sa CFO.

wala po pre registration online.

dala lang po kayo ng mga 2 x 2 pictures or passport sizes pictures at 400PHP bawat isa.

wag po kalimutan ang mga passports at COPR nyo lahat.

ipa photocopy po nyo ang COPR, passport at visa, although may photcopying machine din doon.

kung ma da download nyo na po ang form sa CFO i download nyo na po para ma fill up an nyo na sa bahay pa lang

dahil it takes time din para mag fill up doon.

hope this helped po.

FYI lang po!
Actually yung PPR namin was received last Nov. 06, 2013 but due to some issues concerning my residence permit (iqama) in KSA ay dko po agad naipadala sa VO in Manila. Thank God kasi nabigyan nila ako ng extension na supposedly Dec 06 deadline ay naging Dec. 20, 2013 but still unable to provide my passport kaya nag email ulit ako then it was extended for the second time around kaya naging January 15, 2014. Our passports were received on January 03, 2014 by the VO representative (actually it was friday sa pinas). So kung tutuusin more than a week last nag DM na yung visa namin.

All glory belongs to God alone!

Congrats! Same here DM na rin po kami... Ask ko lang po kung ganito rin ang nakalagay sa mga nakaka-received ng DM, "A Decision has been made on your application . The office will contact you concerning this decision."
