Hello All,
Happy New Year!
Just want to ask the ffg:

1. I have received my AOR from CIO. It was stated that they will forward this to the Visa office. What step should I expect? Get and AOR from the embassy or awaiting medical request?
2. Since I have received an AoR from CIO, when is the best time to pay the other fees needed to be done as part of the processing?

Hi, pwede malaman kelan ka nagsubmit ng docs sa CIO? Sent mine 5Dec2013. Wala pa Ako natatanggap ng AOR till today.

good day po mga ka tropa dito sa group ask ko lang po dun sa mga applicants na for medical na sa middle east/saudi.. ano po mas maayos na panel physician at mabilis mag process.. al habib medical center or al warood medical center po ba? anyone po na naka pag med po sa kanila? thanks ;D

Hello po,

Bago lang po ako dto kaya marami po akong katanungan..sana may makatulong po..

1) nagwowork po kmi ng husband ko dto sa Singapore, pero ung anak namin nasa Pinas. saang Visa Office dapat namin ilagay? Philippines or Singapore?

2) ano po bang nilalagay na sagot sa tanong na "which provincial government nominated you?" then "Provincial stream/category".

Pls Help.....

Did anyone have a problem like this, i need your advices...

I received a ltter from Visa Office Manila this morning and it says:

This refers to your application for permanent residencein Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program Category.

We note your affidavit dtd March 13, 2012 indicating that your wife conjugal home with your son 10 yrs ago due to irrecincilable differences and that you have not been talking to each other since she left.
The immigration and refugee Protection Act of Canada requires all famiy members, whether accpimpanying or not to be examined and meet statutory requirements during the processing of an application,unless a properly delegated officer has determined that they were not required by the Act or the former act, as applicable, to be examined. You must declare all your dependents and they must comply with the required medical and other statutory requirements.

Anyone who experience this. Pls help.. Thanks.. By the way what do you mean or who is this Properly Delegated Officer they were talking about.. Thanks...
