Hello everyone... Nakakakaba naman till now wala pa rin sa ECAS na decision Made sent na passport namin last Dec. 16, 2013. Till now In Process pa rin kami :( :( :( :(

Congrats! Sana kami rin sunod na, we sent our PP's last Dec 13, 2013.. Till now " in process " pa rin!

Hello! I hope you can also help me with my inquiry...please.. :-[ I received the same documents (work permit and application for PR) nandito po ako sa Manila and yung employer ko pinadala yung letter for work permit, job offer and PR application online pero pinadala din nila via mail yung original docs. Pwede na ba ako mag apply kahit wala pa yung original documents? If so, na fill-up ko na yung mga docs and mas advisable po ba online ako mag lodge ng application or sa VAC?

Thank you very much! :)

thanks itguy...judging from the dates you've listed here, I should be getting my AOR 1month and 12 days after my package has been delivered to CIO...which is roughly 2-3 days from now....

Thanks much...will post here once I get our AOR.

yes, based from the Timeline that i read here, more of the cic applicants receive their aor- from 25 days to 50 days.

Hi to all,

I have a question:

My partner and I are planning to pay the processing fee and rprf at the same time para Online lang and hindi na bank draft. But the problem is medyo kukulangin ang credit limit ng credit card.
1. Would it be fine kung babayaran muna ang processing fee then after mabayaran na ang nagastos for processing fee, dun na mabayaran ang rprf?

2. Pwede bang bayaran ang rprf anytime like 15 days after nabayaran ang processing fee?

Aim lang kasi naman is mapadali kasi nabasa kong mas mapapadali kung mababayaran silang 2 at once.

Thank you in advance. :)

Yes, you can do that kaso made-delay ng 15 days yung pag-submit mo ng application file sa CIO kasi you need to include BOTH receipts sa file. I suggest you use two credit cards in paying the fees kung di kaya ng credit limit ng isa para di madelay ang submission mo.

Hi,

Please familiarize yourself with the application guide and the document checklist for starters before jumping in and filling in forms. Here are the links:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf

Most of your questions will be answered within the pages of the application guide - so read through it.

As for your PCC from SG - see the following from the checklist:(item 15)
Police Certificates and Clearances
You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to
obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them
. However,
we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays. You must
be ready to submit them when requested by an officer

Thus not having the PCC from SG right now does not immediately bar you from sending the application to CIO-NS.

The request letter from CIC requesting PCCs from countries where you have resided for more than 6months at a time is usually part of instructions AFTER submitting the application package to CIO-NS and after GETTING an AOR. The instructions on how to get one is also a link in the Checklist. Following that brings you here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/singapore.asp

There is an alternative way that you may use to try to get your PCCs beforehand - and again it is inside the application guide under the heading: How to obtain police certificates

Try to use the following forms:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/PC_LetterA_e.pdf
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/PC_LetterB_e.pdf
