hi sir ragluf, yes, i mean the PoE is through Vancouver. i need a lot of information coming from the experiences of those who have landed in Vancouver going to winnipeg.

Hindi po ba iniinform ng embassy kung nasend na nila passport with visa.....

embassy in actually informing us through ecas. if the status is decision made, then it will take around a week or so before you received your passport with visa. if you are asking literally, then no, embassy will not inform the applicant.they will not call nor send you any emails.
