There is no problem - you can schedule and have your IME with an authorized Panel Physician (PP) (i.e. DMP) and/or clinic where you are located, and your family can schedule and have theirs in the Philippines. eMedical allows streamlining and centralization of the results and sync with eCAS wherever the IMEs are done. This is as long as the PP/Clinic is now using eMedical. The important thing is to always make sure your Client ID and file number is indicated in your documents for MR. Also, I would recommend sending CEM or your VO, a summary letter/notification when the medicals have all been completed, and detailing when and where the IMEs were done. Scan and attach a copy of the receipts as proof IMEs have been done.GKarl said:Assuming CIO forwarded my application to Manila, will I be required to have my medical in Manila or could I have my medical done in another country?
Will there be any problem if my family will do their medical in the Philippines and I in another country?
You can find the list of PPs available where you are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
The general guidelines for IME for PR (Provincial Nominee) are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
The general steps in the application process are seen here. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/next_steps.asp
Those should give you an indication of what to expect in your application in the coming months.
