Tanong ko lang guys!

Kapag nagpadala ba ng document or passports via courier sa CEM, paano mo ma-confirm na na-received ito ng concerned officer ng visa office? Nag send ba sila ng email-confirmation sa applicant?

Sa case ko nag send ako ng NBI clearance and as per the courier company it was received by a security representative (i assumed na yung S/G stands for security guard) so hopefully makarating ito sa kinauukulan kasi yung timetable ko ay 1 month lang ang ibinigay to submit the document or else it will have a negative effect sa application ko.

Suggest you send an official reply to CEM, via mail or post, informing them you have submitted the required document on date mm/dd/yyyy and courier tracking shows it has been received on date mm/dd/yyyy. Include a copy of the document, and the courier tracking results.

This way you establish written record of your compliance by informing CEM.

Then you have nothing to worry about . The document has been received at CEM's premises. Their fault if a snafu happens. Your written message and courier tracking results are your proof and basis for complaints for fair action on your application if they send word of non-compliance on submission or requirements.

Do you mean Health Insurance aside from the provincial health insurance coverage?

CEM does not inform you when then encashed payment for RPRF. You have to inquire with your bank from time to time if the check funds have been drawn from the account or the check encashed - this is the indirect way to learn that RPRF has been received and drawn by CEM.

You have to contact SINP and formally request for an extension of the nomination. See your letter of nomination/LOA if there are instructions on how to contact Sask Immigration and send a request to that address.

Need your help because I am worried.
Once ba na nasa Canada na ako under open work permit, then biglang nag PPR ako, pwede ko ba isend via courier yung passport sa Pilipinas attention sa Mrs ko? then sya magsesend sa CEM along with her and kids passports?
Hindi ba hinaharang ng customs ang passports sa Pinas or Canada kung ito ay isinesend sa specific na tao at hindi sa embassy direct? Pls help....

I have not come across a restriction for Philippine passports to be sent via courier to another country or addressed to a receiver other than a Government agency or a diplomatic office/embassy. Some applicants utilizing an agency do send their passports via courier to the agency office; so if this is valid, then you may send it to your wife first.

You have to select a reputable courier, and then ask the courier if they have restrictions on sending passports to another party other than an embassy or diplomatic office.
