Kung December 18, 2012 ka nag pa medical dapat pala bago maga Dec 18, 2013 makaalis kn? Is it true na ang validity ng visa is one year from the date that the medical exam was done? What do you think?

Totoo yan. Ang validity ng visa is one year from the initial medical examination performed. Nasa resources and publications ata eto ng CIC website.

kaya pala sabi ng email sa amin ng Embassy (CEM) before 30 April 2014, dapat naka land na kami ng Canada.

Kasi nga ang TRV Medical exam naming mg asawa ang sinunod, 22 April 2013.

Yung sa mga anak namin, 30 May 2013 Medical exam nila.

Pero yung sa amin mag asawa na Medical Exam date ang sinunod.

Sabi dun sa PPR email na nreceive ko, ang expiration daw ng COPR ko is on Jan 16, 2014. Yun din siguro ang nakalagay sa visa. Sa pagkakatanda ko, yun yung date na ipinadala ng nhs yung medical result namin.

hahaha! thanks bcpnpnom! nako, hindi ko magagawa mag chill nyan. madami aayusin pagdating namin!

wala pa ang passports namin. Praying mahawakan ko na ang passports namin at shempre with PR visa na by God's grace!

We'r outside Pinas as of now, planning to go home mid March 2014 to prepare everything....hopefully in God's grace

Hope somebody can answer...is there possibility that there is something wrong with my application since up to now i still didn't get any MR...can i e mail cem and ask the reason of delay? Plssss...dunno what to do?

Hello po...yes u may...if it exceeds 4 to 6 weeks from the time they received ur application...i experienced that prob too...thats why nadelay..like in my case....when CIC mailed us back our application due to payment errors hindi namin nareceive kasi nawala pala dito sa Phil posta office..i remember...i emailed here mailto:CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca and they will reply about 20days after.make sure ull email once only..and do not attach any documents..just an enquiry...state ur name, ur date of birth...address...and Unique Client Identification if u have...

Thanks so much!i will still give it another week to check the reason. So you think most possible they are sending me back my application or denial onmy visa?
