GOOD DAY PO SA LAHAT!

Hingi lang po ako ng tulong sa inyo, kasi mag fill up na ko ng CIC forms while waiting for LOA, may mga tanong lang po ako sa mga sumusunod

1. Include 2 self addressed mailing labels- pano po pag OFW sa saudi Arabia ano po ilalagay?? eto po ba yung sa may background declaration na mailing address at current residential address???

2. Document Checklist- Pag single lang po ba yung applicant di na po ba kailangan i sign itong mga docs na.

2.a - Identity and Civil status Documents - Birth certificate lang po ang i provide ok lang po ba yun?
2.b - Supplementary travels - sa portion na ito i consider ko po ba na yung current status ko sa saudi?
2.c - dun po sa mga boxes pag di applicable ok lang po ba lagyan ko ng N/A in hand writing??
2.d - Payment Form IM 5620 - pwede po ba hindi ko na i fill up to kung mag bayad naman ako online/credit card??

they sent you check? dun sa email nila sa amin months ago, they requested for bank details, kasi they would transfer online yung refund namin. i wonder kung iba ibang procedure nila per country. sana nga dumating within the year.

oo they sent us in cheque form. Bank of America pa nga e.

walang hiningi na mga bank details namin ditto sa bansang kinaroroonan namin.

basta ibinigay namin ang address namin ditto, filled up the form, submitted it online, and then. ayun. by mail ang cheque payment.

pasensha ka na. may virus ang laptop namin, nagkaka aberya sa starting up kaya hindi ako nakasagot agad.

siguro nga. iba iba ang patakaran by country.

Bukas o sa makalawa o next week, ikaw na ang susunod! magkasunod tayo ng medical results na na done! 22 May, 2013 na submit online medical ng mga anak ko ng IOM (Makati).

kasi yung medical namin mag asawa, ditto na done at one month ahead of that date na nasubmit online for supposed to be TRV application namin.

PNP din kami!!! ;D
