Ang ibig sabihin lang po ng "copies unless otherwise stated" is you provide clear photocopies unless it is stated dun sa checklist that you need to provide originals, notarized, or certified copies. This usually applies dun sa forms for common law partnerships and yung sa kids mo na iba ang isang parent aside from your spouse.marlongreg said:

For the docs you mentioned, clear photocopies lang ang needed. That's what I submitted. I am also not a senior sa forum ha.
Just use English na lang for both kasi English naman ang addresses natin dito sa Pinas. I printed my address on sticker paper, cut two out and sent that along with my application to CIC.crew04 said:
