Hello Guys,

I'm new here. I want to ask regarding form IMM 5669E Schedule A - Background Declaration: in the Personal History area. What if we are still working and we cannot type the word "PRESENT" in the form and only MM/YY. Can we use our penmanship to write the word "PRESENT" in the form or???

In Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) - under the Contact Information: Mailing Address - did you use your permanent address in the Philippines as your mailing address or you use the address of your relative(s) in Canada as your mailing address???

Also, guys did you included your Right of Permanent Residence Fee in you application in CIC? or only the Processing Fee??

To have an idea..

Thanks much for your response...

CEM-VO received already the requested docs last Friday that I sent thru LBC.
Hoping and praying that we're next in line to receive PPR.

Hello mates,
Isang tanong lang:

since the PPR is communicated via email, im sure my instruction dun kung ano gagawin para ipadala ang PP sa VO for stamping...paano yung "return" address? pede ba maglagay ng panibago (let's say yung Philippines' mailing address) or susundin pa rin nila yung nakalagay sa na-submit na documents sa CIO. In my case kase yung mailing address ko currently ay Saudi Arabia. Eh paano kung umuwi ako at dun ko pinadala tru courier, saan kaya nilang address ibabalik yung PP?

hope you get my point, please enlighten..tanx

Hi,

PPR includes Appendix A - a copy of which I have attached here. It may have changed recently - ask those who have recently received PPRs. You can see in the lower left there is a section in which you can indicate where your PPs can be returned.

Most form of correspondence nowadays is via email - so if you indicate an email address, all the correspondence will be sent to that email address. Use of the mailing address will be if "official" forms and documents are sent during the process. You can use your relative's address as the mailing address, provided you have easy communications with your relative should "official" forms and documents are sent from CIC and sent to the mailing address you specified.
