hi daverhin26,

We submitted all required forms and supporting docs to CIO-NS, pero gaya ng iba, nagpapa submit ulit and CEM which we need to comply. We submitted our 10 years personal history. Thanks a lot po

Hi Candidgirl, if you have supporting documents pls. attached it kung wla make sure to put complete details like unemployed(while wla kang work what did you do) and you will only provide the months-years they required. Hope this will help...

Congrats simplex and chuching! :-)

Hi Ritz, I think we have the same case because CEM is requiring our personal history since age 18 until now (what we submitted last time was just 10 years because that's what was required in the form). so nag attach ka ba ulit ng supporting documents or when you submitted your personal history since age 18? Maraming salamat po :)

For those who will submit their documents to CIO it would be better if you include the history and address from 18 yrs. old to the present to avoid delays in your application even the form stated that "since the age of 18 or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent". Dito pa lang maiwasan na ang delay ng process...Good luck guys...

Pareho tayo ng case at kailangan ko pa ng police certificate since the age of 18 to the present to all countries we stayed for 6mos. or more kaya mahirap magprovide ng documents agad-agad...hope and pray once done PPR na agad...

Hi Ritz, did they ask you to submit police cert or you just want to submit them because you know they will ask you later. I'm thinking I will just attach documents that I did not submit initially sa CIO. So hindi na ulit siguro isubmit school credentials and employment certificates na nasubmit na. Hope I'm doing the right thing...

I think there is no problem with that kasi nakapangalan nman yung cheque sa The Receiver General for Canada and no one can claim it other than the name stated. Sa experience ko i did not declare and i only put document sa AWB.

You just need to send documents they asked for me see below.

*Personal and address history from _______to _______

*Original NBI certificate

*Original/updated police certificate (country of residence)

(see below part of the email).

FOREIGN POLICE CERTIFICATES

We require the original police certificate from all countries where you and any family member age 18 and over have resided for 6 months or more. (Please visit this link for country-specific instructions: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp).

If the police certificate is not in English or French, you must include a translated copy.

Note: If you require police certificates from Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Brunei, e-mail us at manil.immigration @ international.gc.ca in order to obtain the additional letter required for the police clearance.

Personal and address history lang ni request sa amin pero may naka note sa attached form na gagamitin na we need to attach supporting documents. Sana hindi nila irequire new police cert kasi mag 1 year na. Maraming salamat ulit.
