Hello! I'm new to this forum. Eto po ang timeline ng application namin thru Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program:

April 2011: application papers sent to SINP
March 2013: SINP asked for additional requirements
March 2013: provincial nomination approved
May 2013: sent federal documents & application papers to CIC CIO Nova Scotia
July 2013: received returned documents & application papers from CIC CIO Nova Scotia due to lacking form

Ang concern po namin ngayon ng husband ko ay yung processing fee which we paid thru credit card. Sabi kasi sa letter ng CIC CIO (which came with the returned docs)... "As your application does not meet the requirements of R10 of IRPA, it is incomplete. It is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you."

How do they send back payments? Or how do we get a refund?

Aayusin na namin yung form na kulang pero gusto sana namin pag i-send ulit sa CIC CIO ay sure na at walang mistakes. Kelangan kaya namin mag print ng mga panibagong forms o yung sinoli sa amin ang i-send na lang ulit?

I hope merong nakakaalam ng sagot sa tanong namin. We want to do things right para wala nang mga mali. Balita ko pa naman on strike ang union sa CIC CIO kaya may mga delays sa mga processing...

Nakalagay naman po na hindi nila naencash yun payment so wala po refund yun.. And hindi din po nila eencash yun if may problem sa application nyo.. Kung wala naman po problem dun sa binalik na application nyo pwede na din po yun luma pero if meron, print na lang po ng bago.. Check nyo din po kung kelan expiration date ng loa nyo..

sorry to hear about your situation. ganun din ang nangyari sa papers ko dati, binalik din nila dahil kulang sya ng personal history ng husband ko. ang ginawa ko, nag print ako ng panibagong forms at tinandaam ko na yung mali namin. at pinadala uli sa CIO, at sa awa ng Dios ok na sya lahat.

sorry to hear about your situation. ganun din ang nangyari sa papers ko dati, binalik din nila dahil kulang sya ng personal history ng husband ko. ang ginawa ko, nag print ako ng panibagong forms at tinandaam ko na yung mali namin. at pinadala uli sa CIO, at sa awa ng Dios ok na sya lahat.

bank draft po kasi ang binayad namin eh, kaya binalik na lang po ulit namin yung check namin.

Nakalagay naman po na hindi nila naencash yun payment so wala po refund yun.. And hindi din po nila eencash yun if may problem sa application nyo.. Kung wala naman po problem dun sa binalik na application nyo pwede na din po yun luma pero if meron, print na lang po ng bago.. Check nyo din po kung kelan expiration date ng loa nyo..

I submitted application namin sa cic may 21 received as per fedex tracker, as of today no AOR and as per checking s bank not yet encashed ang bank draft namin nung husband ko so now im very worried kasi kahit docs wala pa din kung may incomplete.

I read a few of your previous posts. Na-inspire po ako sa bilis ng naging processing ng visa ninyo kahit na nagkaproblema noon at ibinalik ng CIO ang application nyo. Actually, parehas na parehas po tayo ng naging problema: kulang din kami ng ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION. Yung husband ko po ang principal applicant so nakaligtaan namin na dapat pala meron din ako ng form na yon. I am happy for you and with how things turned out for you, Ninonhet.

Mejo worried lang kami sa magiging timeframe ng application namin dahil may welga ang union sa office ng CIO according sa website nila. Pero like they say, 'STAY POSITIVE!' God bless us all.
