tanong lang po although wala pa ako sa portition na to getting some information lang.

tayo po b ang nag dedecide kung san tayo mag papa medical based sa accredited hospital ng CEM what if nasa ibang bansa po yung applicant need pa ba umuwi ng pinas para mag pa medical or pede din dun sa bansa na yun kung san merong Accredited hospital ang Canadian embassy?

Hi,

You can get IMEs from wherever the applicant is - find the panel physician/location serving the country where the applicant is located and schedule the IME.

Look for panel physicians here. http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx

/hope this helps....

Hi Ragluf,

Thank you so much, really appreciate it. God bless you.

Congratulations liyapot - you have received both your instructions for IME/MR and your RPRF payment instructions.

As for your question on how to send the payment - well previously payment and mode of payment are included in instructions sent to the applicant. Now as you are directed to the http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/fees-frais.aspx?view=d for payment instructions - the instructions there are clear:

Current applications: If you are paying additional fees for an application currently being processed in Manila, the fee payment must be attached to the letter from our office requesting the payment.

Then follow the payment instructions in the succeeding section of the website how to prepare your check...

/hope this helps...

This is the actual instruction that I received:

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the provincial nominee category.
In order to continue the processing of your application, you are required to complete medical examinations for yourself and if applicable, for your spouse and all your dependent children. KINDLY REFER TO THE ATTACHED MEDICAL FORM(S) AND INSTRUCTIONS.

You should make arrangements to undergo the required medical examinations immediately. Failure to do so within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter may lead to the refusal of your application."

Will I be expecting another email for RFPF request?

got the type of email too for MR ...no request to pay for RPRF yet...
i cheched my ecas today and my status changed to In Process then meron addtl line before the 'Medical results have been received'
'We started processing your application on Feb 22,2013'
Hopefully their next email would be RPRF na :)

Iba iba nga ang instructions. As for me, walang naka indicate na 30 days from receipt of the letter, but we still had our medical exams within that period.

You can also pay in PhP -
•If you are paying in Philippine Pesos, the bank draft or certified cheque should be made payable to the: Embassy of Canada, Manila

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/apply-how_demande-comment.aspx?view=d

See the sections - Additional Documents or Information. Technically you are submitting "additional information". Personally, I advise to use a courier - this way you have proof of delivery and tracking information.

Always preface your Client ID/Application File number in all your correspondence to CEM.

/hope this helps...

thanks again ragluf!!

but I will pay in CAD$ :)
then courier to CEM

This is your MR or instructions to undergo IME (Immigration Medical Examination). You may be getting another email later in a few days/weeks or after submission of MR/IME results.

Each application is treated differently and instructions are sent to applicants differently. Some receive MR/IME requests along with another set of instructions for payment of RPRF, additional docs such as updated police clearances, travel history etc. Others get the MR, and then get sets of instructions later.

As for me - I got RPRF and additional docs request in the same email, and MR a few days later (post mail). Nowadays - with the advent of emedical, MR is now via email.

/hope this helps

Thanks ragluf
