We are pleased to inform you that your visa(s) for permanent residence to Canada is/are ready to be issued, conditional to a final admissibility review by an immigration officer. In order to complete the process you must forward, BY COURIER, the following:

1 CONCERN ko lang guys.. mag expire yung passport ko this june 23.. dba at least 6 months dapat? ok lang b yun?

you need at least 6 months,kaya pa renew na agad ang passport ninyo then you can email CEM inform them na renew muna ang passport then as soon makuha mo na yung new passport,send na sa kanila (CEM ) agad agad!

You are ahead of me. Wala pa akong AOR from CIO, January 17 na received ng CIO based sa received copy ng DHL, but I have yet to received from CIO my AOR. goodluck to us!

Sorry namis understood ko ung timeline mo and yes i am ahead ng 1 month. But ang worry nmin ngayon ng husband ko ay pregnant ako by 6 weeks.pls pray for us na pgdating ng MR kahit d ako mg undergo ng xray ay matutuloy pa din ang process ng application nmin.plan nmin dun na sana manganganak kng sakali sa canda kasi may more than 7 months pa kmi na pghihintay hanggang sa manganak. At sobrang hirap pg d umabot sa canada kasi another process nnmn kmi ng additional dependent at bka maexpire na mga docs nmin.

ECAS has been having numerous problems of late - lots of threads in the forums reporting troubles with ECAS.
Or perhaps your ECAS is being updated.

Hello there! We took our medical on tuesday, feb5. Yesterday I called the secretary to ask if naforward na sa CEM and they said hindi pa daw it's because their medical officer not yet evaluated or checked our lab exams, etc. And now medyo worry ako because may deadline to take medical which is 30days only & deadline namin is on thursday, feb14. Hindi pa nasa-submit sa CEM. Is it ok lang po ba na kahit after feb.14 na mareceive ng embassy ang medical reports/exam. Or do I need po ba na iinform thru email ang CEM?

That is ok - as long as you have completed your medical within the prescribed 30day period - you have complied with the instructions sent by CEM. The responsibility of forwarding the result is now with the IME panel physician.

I always advise informing CEM officially whenever you comply or complete their instructions - this signifies that you have completed the actions required of you, and now it is their (CEM, IME physician, etc.) turn to do the next steps on your application. Ball is in their court....
