Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

Hello din po. Opo, dito po namin pinadala yung application namin. pero sa Generic Form, nirequest namin na Manila po yung VO.

Plaque and Freny, ask ko lang din po dto rin po ako naka based sa SG and kaka send ko lang din po ng apps ko sa CIO yesterday. Manila din po ung select ko na visa office since 18 months ang processing dto sa SG. Tanong ko lang po kasi po sa mailing address ko nilagay ko po is ung address namin sa Malabon. Now if ever po ba dumating ang MR after CIO AOR pwede kaya dto pa rin mag pa undergo ng medical? since my list nman po cla ng DMP. Maraming salamat po

Yung AOR naman po from CIO will be sent thru e-mail. unless may kulang po or other issues na kailangang ibalik nila yung application nyo (like what happened to us) papadala po nila thru mail. based dun sa min, after a month po may AOR na. sa AOR po may Application Number nang ibibigay na pwedeng iquote for any changes in your application. you could also check the status of your application sa ECAS pag meron na po kayo neto. nandun din po mga ways kung pano magchange ng information and such.

eto po link sa website nila. pero mas mabuti po yatang antayin nyo muna yung AOR nyo para may Application Number na kayong sasabihin kung sakali.





hello thanks for replying...ask k lng if u dont mind ano binalik nila sa inyo n documents(CIO)? nakakuha na ba kau ng police clearance from here(SG) kasi db we need to show them daw special request letter from canada address to police SG?

yn kc iniisip namin kng sakali ok na and mag ask sila abt police clearance frm us medyo matatagalan kmi kng nsa oinas na by that time...

balak nmin by december this year iwan nnmin to sa 5yrs nmin dto tama k this year pinakamahirap para s FT lalo s pinoy kya kakawalang gana na tlga mag stay baka magaya s knila laging depressed hehehe..

.tama suggestion mo wait muna nmin AOR atleast medyo my reference number kmi pwede e-attach kng sakali nirequest ko din s Generic na CEM ang visa office kc balak n nmin doon hntayin sana med request...

Sana nga Paulo wala na kaming problema sabi kasi sa amin ung Hepa B test is magiging available pa lang after 3days. Tapos kapag wala daw kaming narinig na tawag from them in 7-10days meaning daw nun i-forward na nila ang medical sa CEM. Nagtataka lang si husband dapat daw is physical muna ang inuuna nila para malaman kung anong test ang gagawin at para nde akyat baba diba. hay talaga. Sana lang po maging maayos na.

hello hndi ako sure kng msasagot ko question mo sakin ng tama kc just sent my Pr-application to CIO recieved by Doug august31 2012 long way to go p kmi pero sa mga nbbsa ko s forum abt medical as long as nsa list ng cic yng clinuc or hospital regardless kng saan pwede mo e-avail service nila pls anyboody can correct me if im wrong...

ask ko lang sana since from Singapore din kmi kng ano timeline nyo? u mean dito kau s SG nagsend ng PR application pero CEM (manila)ang visa office nyo? bale under General stream kmi of MPNP just sent our PR-application CIO scotia...balak n kasi namin umuwi ng Pinas and give up PR dto kaso since wala pkong narerecieve na AOR man lng hndi k alam san ako mag notify ng changes and wat to quote worry ko kc pag umuwi kmi then dito s SG dumating lahat ng request or letter nila...kng my idea lang sana abt s timeline ng from SG? thanks

Sir when po kayo pass sa CIO ng apps nyo? under FS po kami ung timeline ko po nasa signature ko kung ok lang po sa inyo ni plaque eh lets keep ourselves updated po since pareho po tayo taga SG. Or join din po kayo sa Manitoba BM sa facebook. salamat po

Wait for your AOR-VO (or AOR from CEM if Manila is your VO) - this is also called 'file transfer' - CIO notifies you that your application has been received and is complete and will now be sent to the VO for further processing. As soon as you receive your AOR-VO, you will now have a File No./Application No. - use that as reference in any messages/emails/correspondence sent to CEM. Any changes in information should be sent to the VO where your file is located...

wala pa nga pero dun sa FB may time sheet din dun,, AINP SINP AT MPNP meron dun, kaso ung iba di na rin nag update sa post na lng nila... Waiting for PPR pa rin ako . wait ko change ang e-cas ko to In process. Medical Received pa rin since 08/13/12 eh..


Sana malapit na malapit na para makaalis na husband ko before xmas...

Yes. The latest checklist available on the website ang sinunod ko. Around December 2011 nagpalit na ng forms and lahat ng PNP applications is sent to CIO-NS.

You do not need to fill in and send the Use of Representative Form kung wala naman. Unless meron kang representative na pwede mag inquire about your application on your behalf - either paid representative like immigration lawyers, consultants, agency, or unpaid representative - any person you authorize on your behalf.

Nung nagpasa ka ng MPNP Application, did you include with your mailed application the CIC forms (IMM008 Generic, IMM008 Schedule 1, IMM5406 and IMM008 Schedule 4)?

Also in your LOA, meron bang mga instructions na sinabi about how to send the PR application to CIC? Baka merong mga notes like, 'include this Letter in your submission to CIC etc.)

yes po, i included the CIC forms when i submitted my application to MPNP.. that also concerns me.. kasi iniisip ko, baka i forward ng MPNP yung documents na isinubmit ko sa kanila sa CIC.. e hindi na updated un..nakaka 2 palit na ko ng employer..
pero i also asked other forums, sabi nila, i just need to follow the checklist.. but still, i'm worried..

sa LOA, nakalagay lang is send the original copy of the LOA when submitting to CIC, but i would just do the copy as stated on the checklist.. yun lang yun instruction na nakalagay... la na iba..

OK follow the latest checklist in the link for PNP .. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp

No one knows for sure if MPNP does send the CIC docs you submitted with your MPNP application, to CIC. I would presume the information written there would already be in the system somewhere. However, if there has been major changes in any information written in the previous CIC forms you submitted - IMHO, it may not be a bad idea if you include a copy of the old CIC forms and write a note for reference. Put it last in your application package. Sometimes, nakakatulong if the reviewer sees the progression of the applicant from the time the immigration application was started (old forms), and referencing it against the new forms - think of it as this is another proof of intent to immigrate to Canada. Just make sure consistent ka sa info na inilalagay mo sa application forms.
