Carl, kamusta na ba? Dumating na ba ang MR mo? I've asked si Mamang kartero re: sa MR he said if we have the tracking number mas mabilis daw kasi niya mahahanap kung dumating na ba un sa branch nila. Eh kaya lang wala naman binigay si CEM kaya antay na lang kami. Stay Healthy!

In the IME form, what is stated is that, you are requested to make arrangements for your medical examination within (usually 30 but it changes) days

I read this as the medical examination needs to be done / completed within the period (30days) stated in the IME form and does not say that time of transmittal of the results from Medical Office to CEM is included in that period.

I suggest as soon as completed na yung Medical, send an official notice to CEM (via email, or post mail - mas maganda) - notifying them that as you have complied with their instructions and that medical examinations have been performed on <date>, at the medical offices of <name of Immigration Medical Examiner/physician>, then include copies of your official receipts. So tapos ka na sa responsibility of compliance sa medical instructions within 30days. Transfer of medical results is now responsibility of the Medical Office to CEM.

I requested GCMS notes recently and I saw that the letter I sent to them in June after I completed my medical, informing them of compliance to the MR, was noted and received in my file, but the actual transmittal of results was done a few weeks after my medical exam and after I sent the letter.

Hi! Still no MR. Hoping and praying that it will soon come and that it did not get lost somewhere in transit. I emailed CEM but they have not replied yet.

msmkulit konting antay na lang yan. Ang mabuti pa tawagan mo kaya ang postoffice sa lugar malapit sa inyo. Ganyan kasi ginawa ng misis ko lagi tinatawagan ang post office tapos noong dumating na hinatid na sa amin special delivery binigyan na lang ng misis ko pang meryenda hehehe kasi pag di mo kinulit iipunin pa nila ang mga sulat na malalapit sa lugar nyo saka pa lang nila idedeliver bawat isa sayang naman ang time di ba. Naku sir danreys pinuntahan pa mismo sa branch nila wala pa daw eh, pati si manong kartero kinausap ko na den. Sana nga po dumating na ung MR namin mahirap kasi sa mga girls baka magka-monthly period ako eh mag aantay na naman ng 1wk ulit before mag pa medical diba po.
