Hi guys after 2 mos of praying ang waiting we already receive our MR. Dapat tomorrow punta na kami St. Luke kaso bigla naman akong nagka-period.. ;D so next week pa, any advice po regarding medical? Saka expired na po yung passport namin last April pero meron na kaming bago passport, wait pa ba namin na magrequest ng new passport ang VO? Thanks in advance!

Congrats to those na nasa Canada na! May konting katanungan lang po ako about passport, luma na kasi ang passport namin, ano po ba yong electronic passport? need ba namin papalitan ng bagong passport ang luma namin? mag-eexpire ang passport namin 2017 pa.

Hello! If your passport number starts with letter "E", that's e-passport already. Tsaka matigas ang cover and merong parang itsurang chip sa cover. Mine is expiring din ng 2017, e-passport yun.

Hello, just asking po if when na recieved ng cic ang application nyo? At what VO ang nag process po ng inyo? Is it CEM?

depends kung ano hawak mo na passport. Kung green pa yan - better palitan na. Kung MRP pa yan (original/first issue ng maroon passports) - pwede hintayin pa ma-expire. Eto me nakalap ako via Google:

Mas convenient lang kasi ang ePassport - lalo na sa airports na me e-passport readers na. Experience ko, hindi na kailangan buklatin pa ang epassport sa ID page, kasi ipapatong lang sa epassport reader, mababasa na ang ID information. So less wear and tear. Another - since me biometric info na kasama sa passport, mababawasan na ang "baklas passport" type na paraan ng pagpeke ng passport. Mas makapal ang cover pages ng epassport - maaring dahil sa embedded biometric chip.

And lastly - consider mo na gagamitin mo pa ang passport mo for a few years onwards after na maging PR ka within this year. Maaring mag-vacation ka, lalabas ka ng Canada, kailangan mo ang PP mo to travel. And hindi ka naman agad agad magiging citizen ka by 2017, so hindi ka pa magpapalit ng PP mo - I'd suggest I-renew mo to maximize the time na valid pa ang PP mo while being a PR.

Medyo matagal din mag-renew ng PP pag nasa Canada ka na, and because of travel time, turn-around time, also pupunta ka pa sa biometric capture if needed, sometimes malaking hassle. Mostly kapag me mission ang PH embassy, me kasamang PP renewal services, so marami ang nag-schedule ng PP renewal (talagang sinasadya) during missions.

Salamat sir! yep, naririnig ko rin na mas madali gamitin ang e-passport. cge po, since d pa naman expire tong passports namin, ito na muna gamitin namin. sayang pa bayad namin para pabago ng passport, we will save it nalang para sa pag-alis namin hopefully soon...

a ok. yep, nagstart ng E ang passports namin pero d ko nakita yong parang chip. cge po, check ko mamaya pagdating sa bahay.

hi po, requested ofis to process CEM but we r currently n dubai, nirequest po namin kc super bagal yong advo but luckily aftr few days ng aor nka recvd na kmi ng mr. btw we plan to return to the phils for good this july that was our explanation why we chose cem po bt advo pa din nila pinadala.

Hello po. Ask ko lng po dun sa nagpamedical na ok lng ba na mauna mo na ang kids tapos the next day pa ung adults? Inipin kasi ung 2 kids ko if iintayin nila pa kami matapos. 3 and 7 yrs old kaya wala masyado test. Another question, dapat magppmedical na kami nung friday kaso bigla namang timing period ko. may nabasa kasi ako dun sa site ng st luke's na one week after the last day of period pa pede.. why kaya??? TIA

yes po after period mo na lang kasi pababalikin ka pa if you have ur period..i have also kids 7 yrs old and 2.5 yrs old sabay sabay kami nagpamedical d naman kami nahirapan before lunch tapos na kami maaga kami nagpunta 6 am po andun na kami..marami kasi nagpapamedical inipin din mga kids ko just bring things lang na pwede nila paglibangan wag lang food kasi bawal sa loob paiiwan sa guard. goodluck po Godbless

good day po! ask ko lang baka meron kaung direct no. ng cpc vegreville. need to talk to them regarding my work permit. kasi ni refused nila ung work permit ko kasi im not elligible daw po. pero bago naman ako nag apply eh tumawag ako s cic and sinabi nila kung anu ggawin ko at un nman ang ginawa ko. im currently on restoration. please po. salamat.

1) Would you happen to know how many days to wait to get my AOR (upon receipt of XEP)?
2) and once AOR Received, how may weeks to wait for MR and RPRF.

Yung AOR ko is sabay ang UCI at EP so I'm not sure kung ilang days bago mareceive yung sa inyo(XEP).
After AOR, I waited for 52 days bago ko na reciv ang MR & RPRF.
