If FEB ka nagpamedical then its also February. Ang alam ko ang visa is valid as long as valid and medical result. :)

hi what did you do. same letter was sent to me pls. give advice thanks
@lorchadg - this was the reply I sent with respect to the RPRF form.

This is actually another topic of discussion - what form to use for RPRF. In my first read, IMM5620 is much more suited for payment of the application processing fees - it may not serve the purpose for payment of RPRF. In other forums, some applicants just attach the manager's check to a piece of paper with the heading 'For Payment of RPRF'; they have some success with this. There are no specific instructions of forms to use - in any case, what is required is to identify properly what the payment/check is for. Suggest to call CIC to make sure.

As for me - I created a letter, referencing the details of the check for payment of the RPRF, and attached the check using a single paper clip when I sent in my RPRF.

/hope this helps...

Perhaps it will be sooner...

Folks - I see jamilon, mayonnaise and I have received PPR this week. It has been a while that we have received good news from CEM. I pray this signals the start of good news to all waiting. I also see some good news coming from CEM from the Family Class forums - so things are moving. I am hopeful there will be more good news in the weeks to come...

Yeah. Since some of those whose applications was received at CIO NS Last Feb 2012. We March applicants are also hoping that we will receive our PPR very very soon...

Let's all be patient that all our waitings will end up soon with what we are all expecting "VISA"

Cheers and congrats to all...

Hi there. When ecas says Application Received, it refers to the date they received your application package and not on the date they sent the AOR via email.

tanong ko lang po,

NOTE :
Your visa(s) will be valid for your initial entry to Canada until 05/02/2013

it depends when your medical was made. if you had it done feb, then your visa will be valid until feb. if youve had it done may, then its valid until May. if your still in doubt call CIC/ CEM or book your flight to canada before feb.
or May 02, 2013?

thank you

i think it depends on when you had your medicals done. if you had it done May then your visa is valid until May. If you're still in doubt i suggest you call CIC/CEM to be safe. then let the forum know. future readers may find it helpful.

Pati ako nag tataka. For MPNP mabilis lang ang processing after nomination, pero sa AINP, almost a year na ang inaaabot. My passport is about to expire on March and hindi ko pa alam kung mag papa renew na ako or hindi kasi I'm concerned na baka anytime PPR na. :(

better be safe, just renew your passport. Its also more costly to get your passport renewed in Canada so its better to have it done there in Manila. to have your pictures done here is expensive, you have to pay for the return envelope etcetc. it takes 2 weeks to get the passport back if you do it in canada. im not sure how long it would take in Manila.

This is a line from the email that ive received when they requested for my passport:

"Please ensure that the validity of your passport(s) is at least six (6) months beyond this validity date (note that any passport received with a shorter validity than the date shown above will result in a reduced validity for entry to Canada for all members of your family, if any)."

Thanks for your reply Carl. Ung MR niyo dumating na ba?
