Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

Looks like if there was a time na mangulit sa mga VO, now would be the opportunity.

I have been following the issues on the tfw moratorium, and the new guidelines being drafted for LMOs. Well - generally isipin na lang natin, maaring tigil muna/or slowdown ang processing ng mga ito until such time maayos na ang implementing guidelines. Now ano kaya ang gagagawin ng mga VO na dati naka-assign sa trv issuance/application?

Well your guess is good as mine - from the experiences of malfoy and itguy - it seems these VOs have "spare" time now. Habang me opportunity, well strike!

It won't hurt to try pasimplehan o paalalahanan ang mga VO na matyaga pa rin naghihintay ang mga applicants.
Note: Wag nyo direct na itatanong ang status ng application - malamang hindi pansinin yan. First, litanya ng lahat ng nagawa na in compliance to their requests - complete with dates. Patunay na walang pending sa side nyo. Saka kayo magtanong kung meron pa kayong di nagawa o meron bang naipadala na hindi nyo pa natatanggap, o ano ang next step . Then lastly, sabihin nyo na contact kayo agad if anything is needed, and reiterate ang email address nyo at contact phone numbers nyo....

Hi,

Wala naman official form for RPRF. The payment is just attached to the copy of the letter requesting for payment. Check the instructions dun sa letter na na-receive mo.

. Thanks for the reply sir ragluf, anyways may case na po ba na ni request yung payment sa RPRF at saka request for MR?.. Ang alam ko sa ibang kakilala ko is na una yung request for MR bago ang payment for the RPRF...what can u say po sir?

Iba-iba lahat ng application and cases - always depending yan on the evaluation done on your submitted forms/documents. FYI - pwede naman bayaran na ang RPRF kasabay ng processing fees - actually recommended na din ng CIC yan. This is why I do not read now too much sa significance ng RPRF request. Dati kasi RPRF was requested late in the process, and magandang indicator that things were progressing very good. Nowadays, hindi na sya significant.

What you can infer from your application is - under admissibility checks ka na and progressing. Medical Requet/IME is part of the admissibility checks - and at this point kung hindi ka hiningan ng new PCCs/NBI, then maaring sapat na ang info initial PCCs/NBI mo for them to conduct the criminality check. All in all - you have signs your application is being actively processed.
