It was supposed to be 7 working days only but due to the holiday it became longer. I applied (walked-in) in DFA Robinson's last Nov. 23 (Sat.) and I'll get it today...8-9 working days.

Heads up lang po. Para sa mga nagaantay ng visa.

We picked up our visa package yesterday due to an error in our contact details.Its actually ready to deliver on nov. 28 but dhl (www.express) texted the wrong number and there was no reply.So they put it on hold and fortunately my husband called their office, that's how we found out what happen and ask us our preferred arrangement.

after a week or two after DM change in ecas and no visa yet, feel free to contact the courier office.

i have questions regarding the documents that will be submitted to the immigratemanitoba site.

For secondary? Form 137 and diploma? anything else?
For College? TOR? Diploma? anything else?
For employment? COE? do i need to have the duties and responsibilites? The contract? anything else?
Do i need to include my certificate in PRC? i guess we have to request for a translation in English coz the the cert is in filipino.

For Education - TOR and Diploma is enough. In case there is a change of name of school, you need to include the certificate of change
For Employment - COE is enough. Much better to put duties and responsibilities. However, most of the companies would not include this.
Certificate in PRC can be attached in Education as long as it's written in English

May i ask...how did you know the courier they use in sending back your passport? I also use dhl in sending my passport

hi guys ask ko lang sa mga nakabayad na po ng RPRF kung halimbawang magbayad ako in CAD sa CEM parin ipapadala or CIO-NS? thanks po sa mga sasagot.

@ocir.b sa CEM pa din ipapadala. Ang difference lang kung CAD or PHP ang amount na ilalagay mo is kung kanino payable yung amount.

@ohanne, Stephen28 (my husband) sent a pm to someone who already got their visa and ask them about the courier. that's how we found out.

Wide Wide World Express Corporation formerly known as DHL Philippines was established in the year 1971.


Hopefully others who also got their visa will inform us which courier delivered their package.

Please follow lang po yung naka-indicate sa website. May nagbayad ng sobra na ka-forum, sinoli sa kanya ang bayad nya.

Wala po. I am not an expert on how to pay RPRF sa CEM as I paid this fee together with my processing fees when I sent my application package sa CIC. If tama ang recollection ko, nilagay nila sa envelope ang cheque, together with a piece of paper for your details like the names of those na babayaran ng RPRF, I think pati mga identifying numbers like UCI and such. Not sure talaga po. Tapos sa labas din ata ng envelope naka-indicate kung ano ang laman ng envelope e.g. RPRF payment or something like that.

Tapos they said din na pedeng ilagay sa drop box sa basement ng buidling where CEM is located. If I'm not mistaken, sa RCBC building sa Makati po naka-locate ang CEM.

ay yep, tama si @pebbles, dapat sakto yung amount. naka publish naman sa site nila yung equivalent in PHP. tama bale walang form na gagamitin pero nung ako ang sinend ko is yung hardcopy nang email nila at yung bank draft. tapos nun pag na receive na nila yung package, sabay ako nag eemail at ina attach ko yung scanned copy nung mga sinend ko sa package para lang sure.
