There is a fee payment form for application of permanent residence see below link. yung bank draft di ko matandaan kung nilagyan ko ng name sa likod for processing fee kc meron na syang form. Make sure to read carefully yung document checklist mo at yung link sa baba it will help you a lot.

Hi based on may experienced, u just need to b honest on everything that u answer on your med form, i had gallbladder operation last 2009, and the physician ask how long was my operation na? The physician did not ask for medical abstract, but better bring a copy of your medical operation, just incase na mapatapat ka sa physician na medyo mahigpit.

Hi, i had gallbladder operation last 2009, check lng ng physician un sa surgery mo, on my experienced dina nila ko hiningan ng medical abstract but to be sure hingi kana ng medical records ng husband mo sa hospital na kung saan cia na operahan. - daverhin26

Ano po usually mga questions ng immigration officer? does it matter how much po ung pocket money (PV2 po ung type of Visa namin) esp kung immediate family naman ung pupuntahan sa Canada? Me and family will do our landing sa Aug 10 na po. Actually na discuss na po ung iba sa PDOS, i just want to know ung first hand experiences ng mga nkpglanding na. Thank you.
