Hello po need some help, nagbago po ng work ang husband ko at ang pinasa ko sa manitoba na COE ay from his previous employer. And now im going to send our papers sa nova scotia but in the new checklist wala na pong COE na kelangan, kelangan ko po ba sila inform about the new employer of my husband. Or antayin ko na lang na dumating yung AOR from VO at sila na lang ang inform ko... Thanks po....

it happened to me... i had to resign from my work, but i already submitted my papers... i just waited for them to ask for additional documents then included my updated certificate of employment..others waited for the LOA to arrive, and during visa application, they just included their new COE in the new package..you can include your new COE in the new package to Nova Scotia even if it is not written in the checklist just to tell them that is your updated COE

Hi Dsg, I am not sure if we have the same situation, in our case, my husband (principal applicant) enrolled in a culinary school after we submitted our application to MPNP, when we submitted our PR application to Nova Scotia, he just included it on Schedule A Background/Declaration. We did not submit any document from the school because it is not included in the checklist. We had our AOR from the CIO and they did not ask for additional document. I think you don't have to submit a new COE from your husband's new work, just include it under Personal History. Just follow the checklist and you will be fine. This is just my opinion, hope it helps.

Hi! You must follow the latest checklist provided by CIO. The latest checklist always has precedence over the previous ones. The latest checklist does not ask for education and employment documents. The checklist says "Gather your documents in the order of the checklist.... Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO."

Just follow the checklist. Do not submit documents not being asked by CIO. Hope this helps!

Please! Why are you giving such advice? If the CIO does not ask for such documents, why do you advice others to send documents not being asked by CIO? Please do not give inaccurate information to forum members.
