Hello All, New to this segment. My timelines are as below -
AoR - Mar 22, 2020
Med Req - May 5, 2020
Bio Req - May 5, 2020
Bio Done - Oct 9, 2020
Bio Approved - Dec 23, 2020
Med Re-approved - Jul 28, 2021
First ever GU noted - Sep 8, 2021
PR Confirmation Email for both - Sep 10, 2021
Replied - Sep 10, 2021
Reminder Diff Format - Sep 12, 2021
Credentials - Sep 14, 2021
Photo, Add Updated - Sep 14, 2021
Nothing since then..
eCOPR - waiting
PR Card Received - waiting

Question - Any help on how we can follow up on eCOPR?

I have been calling them but they are not sharing insights owing Afhan crisis and Covid workload

Replying email as well but nothing so far.

Received my ECOPR on 2nd September 2021 and address was approved but photo was still in review!

Linked my PR portal application to my IRCC on the 10th of September.

Photo was rejected on the 14th of September so I uploaded a new one.

After waiting a while and receiving no updates on the PR Card situation I submitted a web form about the issue and got a response on the same day that they shipped out my PR Card!!

Now I’ll be checking my mail every day !
Been a long journey…hopefully citizenship is less stressful haha!

I am in same situation just like you. My Initial photo was rejected saying Facial are too small/too big. My question is what exactly you changed in photo when re-submitting. My photographer zoomed at my face little bit to make it little big. I resubmitted photo on Sep 13, 2021. Since then i have no update. I spoke with IRCC agent today about update on my PR card application. They said your application in Process but there is no update. Did your GcKey account had any message or status change before they shipped out you PR card. Mine application status is submitted and eligibility and application in progress.
