Time taken by CIC to mail the work permit to the address in Canada

I applied for an open work permit on 28-Aug-2017( online application) and the application status shows approved as on 31-Oct-2017. When can I expect the physical copy of the work permit at the designated address.

You should receive it within 10 Buis. days Maximum. If you reside in Montreal, I would say you will have it in a week.
