SOP is also not required as I doesn't have any GAPS or lOW GRADES or any thing to say to visa officer...

hey arshdeep, when did you apply for your offer from Bow Valley? How many days did they take to issue you the letter? Please explain the process and documents they asked for. It's really urgent man!

SOP is not mentioned in VFSindia site and CHC website. One may submit an SOP, if the profile is really bad. :-X
Similarly IELTS/TOEFL is mentioned in VFS site but not in CHC website. Again its Recommended not mandatory. :
LOR is needed for admission at university, wherein your teacher is recommending you to get admission.
I am not sure about VFSpakistan requirements.
