Time span for evaluation report to reach India from WES: Normal mail scenario

order normal or standard mail, I received mine in like 9-10 days maximum.

Can anyone share there views on the normal time span that is required for WES report to reach India (Mumbai) if it is delivered by normal mail? My report has been dispatched on August 8, 2018.
