Hi Raman, you do not need to worry as long as DHL can confirm that your docs were received within the timeframe you were given by MIDI. The call centre agents can only see what is updated on the system. Till your file arrives the agent who is processing it and he/she updates the system, thats when the call centre agents will be able to see it. At this stage your file has already been assigned to someone and only that person is responsible for processing it. Your file is registered by the courrier department and transmitted to the agent processing it who will then update it into the system. so if the call centre agents can't see anything , that means the agent processing your file has not yet touched it. This can take up to 2 months..
