I would suggest you make call to them and check the status of your file, meanwhile you can ask your consultant as well about the status

I think its being more than 2 years in your case and by this time atleast you should be receiving the file num which you said you haven't so kindly check with

them at the earliest

I do sent them request regarding to my case in their site, and till now im waiting for they reply, I do called them yesterday for the number provided by one of the member of the group but it always option and option and other options, I really need to talk to them to know our application status. if you can provide me also their contact number then I will try to call them again.

I have sent the above documents in the first week of December as the last day to submit the document was 16th dec as per DHL courier Quebec immigration office recieved by documents on 7th Dec .

What is expected timelines for final decision after submission of documents ?

Well chances no one can tell you but as long as the document request is as per their request and meet their requirement you should be all clear.

As you could see from my timeline it took less than a month but my agent took longer to informed me that it was successful this could be due to the fact they wanted to prepare my document before informing me.

Thanks Guess boy .. for the prompt reply ... actually i am bit worried as i have 4 years of tax assessment documents under section 143 of Indian Tax dept and sent 1 year exemption circular from IT return filing by ITO .

SO i hope for the best .. rest its in God hands

When do you received your AOR or equivalent I have almost the same case with you but until now I did not received anything with regards to our application.

My CSQ was sent to my agent directly in Quebec.

So i do not have those date you are requesting.

But from what i know my agent contacted me on the 25th/11/2015 which they told me is the date they just received my CSQ.
Based on this i would then say:

CSQ Date (email received) : N/A
CSQ Date (Courier Received) : 25th/11/2015
CSQ Date : 19/11/2015

Sure I will do Pray for each and everyone specially your application. thanks too for your reply. I have called the number you gave to me yesterday but the sad thing I did not speak to anyone but a lot of option with recorded voice, while waiting I did not notice I run out of money on my mobile. Sir if you can lead me or if you have any contact number if possible the direct one then its better.

I already request for change address and contact number before and they did not reply back, I already requested also the requested via their system to look on my case, the Abu dhabi office and Quebec office and till now im waiting.

Im called them yesterday which I really need to have result immediately but it prompt me disappointed, I waited for long to prompt me in English option but still another option and other option until I runout of money.

Please advise

Sorry, i know only this number. Sometimes it’s difficult to find English speaking option because they give instructions in French. I don’t remember the procedure, wait 3, 4 minutes then they will ask press 1 or 2 to change into English. When you hear a word “English” you must press 1 or 2 else they will continue in French. When you get CSQ you will also get a good lesson in life “patience is the best remedy for every trouble.”
