I’m not using any representative yet I can’t link my application to my GCKey. I have been trying since eCAS showed they started processing my application on 16th November, 2021.

I suggest you keep trying or tweaking.

On my side, overseas dependent has not been able to link account as well. PA got PR some months ago.
We got the application number for the dependent in a response, after several letters to the immigrationVO, asking for them to just acknowledge receipt of the application; we couldn't link or find application with it.

Today (December 4) I received Annex A – Pre-email – Invitation which requested me to confirm some personal information to receive e-portal invitation.
I also got pre arrival letter in my gckey account.

Which original documents are you talking about. All they asked for PR processing are photocopies. Did you send them your original documents?

I opened this topic months ago and now it has more than 11k posts.
More than a year ago I got my PR and then I got busy with the life and didn't check it again.
8 months later I will apply for citizenship.
I hope all of you receive good news soon.
This waiting time is very frustrating especially for thoes who are not familiar with the speedy government of Canada
Covid 19 was a good excuse for them to hide behind and blame it.
Please don't get discouraged with replies of ca.....78 and people like her.
