I just got my confirmation of my PR and was able to download the Ecopar. Thanks for all of you for the information shared in this forum it was releaving sometimes and stressfull too.

I jut got reply with my username and PW for the portal. It asks three things. To confirm you live in Canada, confirm address and upload photo. I did all hop next answer is ecopar.

@Simba112 and all. I got portal request today and replied to it. I expect to get my username and password in two weeks.

For me The doctor sumbted it on 16 May and showed on my CIC acount on 27 May that it is accepted.

Same here except that I got elegibility accepted and pre arival letter. I think for us we are waiting for criminal record and I assume portal invitation is next.

I suggest you keep trying to link your app to GCKey , I did it using my UCI and place of birth. Also you can check to progress of your app on ECAS.

I was trying to link mine twice every week for the last three months till last week I got the option yo link it. I used UCI number and place of birth.

It takes me eight months.
