He is mentioned in my application but I didn’t choose him in accompanied member. Now I want to add him as accompanied member and want to submit his completed form. Do I have to complete only his application and send or I have to complete and send my whole application with his applications now?

Hello Friends,
By the grace of almighty Allah finally my overseas family is here in Toronto. I have met them after years and 6 months. I thank you all of you for help always throughout my journey. I have a question, what would be the risk factor if I travel to Back home for a short trip . Though I have no valid national passport ( which is still at IRCC) but they didn’t returned as of now . And Travel documents is expired. Can I make a new national passport from embassy in Canada and visit back home ?

Your PR which you have worked so hard to get would be revoked. Don’t risk it.

I believe you can raise a web form with note to explain the error and add his completed application. Try this.

You have to send a webforum first to IRCC and they will tell you which forms you have to resubmit along with an explanation letter. On your resubmission, and envelop, make sure to write “Add-On” so they will know you already have an application in process. This is how I added my wife to my application when I got married while my application was in process.

Attend to the instructions given towards the applications for your dependents. If you have been instructed to send their applications again, do so as soon as possible, preferably via trackable mail.

You should get Decision Made anytime soon, could be within days or a few weeks, depending on where you are from and/or how long it takes to complete your background check.
