Hi everyone hopefully all of you will some good news this week! So there is the seized documents when we claim refugee and there are supporting documents we sent with PR application... has anyone any experience how to get those documents that is sent with PR application?

if you need your seized document you need to apply for them IRCC does not just send them back

Thanks buddy my question is about the documents I have sent myself with PR application after being approved for refugee claim is that called seized documents too?

I am july 2018 applicant still waiting....last update in january 2020 that my file transferred to local cic office london ontario for further processing....after that no communication
Did you receive AIP Or Approval letter Or Dm
IF you don’t mind, what is your country
I think it’s not normal because when the head office of IRCC transfer to local office that for just final process, so it’s not normal stay all that in local office

You are right the head usually transfere the file local office only for finalizing
 
Am in same boat with you still waiting, let's update together with the news , but very strange that your file stayed in local office for one year !!!! What's your status now on ICAS ??
