Time line for Permanent Residence application for Refugees

Hi everyone hopefully all of you will some good news this week! So there is the seized documents when we claim refugee and there are supporting documents we sent with PR application... has anyone any experience how to get those documents that is sent with PR application?

I called my friend and he told me that IRCC will send all your seized documents back to you.
But offcorse you know that you won't be using them for travelling anywhere Or renewing them now.

if you need your seized document you need to apply for them IRCC does not just send them back

I am july 2018 applicant still waiting....last update in january 2020 that my file transferred to local cic office london ontario for further processing....after that no communication

IF you don’t mind, what is your country
I think it’s not normal because when the head office of IRCC transfer to local office that for just final process, so it’s not normal stay all that in local office

No, they won't, mine expired twice and they have extended it

Most likely glitch in the system check the status every day if that continued for many days contact them

You are right the head usually transfere the file local office only for finalizing

I have got gcms notes yesterday.....they say transfer reason to local office....eligibility
I dont know what does that mean

That's in GCkey I meant status in ICAS check it there , am July 2018 applicant too

I did not receive AIP or DM.
My country is pakistan
