I just opened my account and showing that your application is completed and check down massage for detail once I check only one bar showing COPR number written there nothing else its n one line but no massage or letter attached please guide me if I need to call them ??

No need to call them, if you call they will tell you to wait for the email!! they send it 24 -48 hrs after application is completed..

I did long time ago( an year ago) but I requested it again last week

Yeah , they said i passed all assessments and forwarded my file to Etobicoke office for finalizing!
