Brother no one can tell you the exact date because its depend on your nationalaty, education , travel history, dependent if you have and the one who is processing your application.So just wait and be patient

I think they are rolling it out now so everyone should expect something very soon. Good luck for you all. I'm July 2019 applicant so I'll be hanging out around here for a the coming 4-6 months though

I was told the same when I called last week, I’m May 3rd as well. I have received Pre arrival service Dec,11,2019 then no update. Security under process.
