I am also nov 2019 applicant,I got the same mail today says that I meet the eligibility requirements.3 weeks ago I also did my fingerprints requirements. I think next is going to be medical exam

Since each case is different, that's why some get it before others. I have a friend who is April 2019 applicant, nothing yet! Maybe it works in random order

it's random unless you are in the security stage every case is different otherwise is just a bit of good luck!

I was asked for fingerprint in Sep too. My timeline is %78.

What next?

Hi @JackRyan. I'm SAME EXACT DATES. July 2019. Received November 2019. RCMP August 2020. AIP December 2020. Projected date: March 2021.
Next is Approval Letter (DM), Then ePortal invitation and log in details ( my mother in this stage now), then COPR and finally the card. I'm watching my mother's process so I know all the steps for us as well. Will keep you all posted.

Next is Dm then the PR portal where upload pr photo and your address. once the address has been approved you get the eCOPR and whenever the photo has been approved you will eventually get the card. it is still a waiting game even at this stage also looool. for some it is done quickly as the same day or a week later, for others still waiting weeks.

After Dm then comes Portal then corp OMG. Never ends waiting,

@Yessam07 and @tessytessy the three of us and @JackRyan are all July 2019 and we are almost having identical timelines. myself and @JackRyan got AIP but you both haven't (till now ). What I want to tell you is NOT TO STRESS ABOUT AIP. Lots of people here NEVER got AIP and got Approval, DM, and ePortal straightaway. Some immigration officers SKIP sending AIP. My mother is March 2019 Applicant, she never got AIP. She got Approval letter and DM in November and ePortal today, lots of other people here as well didn't get AIP and their applications are finalized. Don't worry about AIP, let's hope for the important stuff: DM, Approval and portal.

On the one hand I am happy that then do not wait so long and got their Aipr Confirmations Eportal games logins etc on the other hand as it before said it is FIFO system, First In First Out -Immigration works like that. Should be like that. That is difference with my case someone says cases different. Why? If my decision made what is the point case to be different i am not in the middele waiting security or background check DM done already. Just need confirmation. That is. If offices closed and officers working from home why different styles here going on. That is the big issue. So many people waiting just simple Confirmation. I talked with my friend he is waiting from Sep 17 his confirmation while another my friend got Dm 15 then 27 Confirmation and after one month got Pr card.
While sept 17 guy waiting simple his Confirmations. The question is why? Dont tell me about cases different or something simple no any system when how who where got conformation no one knows.

It’s unfair system me and my brother applied same day same envelope when we sent it to ircc he got everything on dec 2 2020 in 1 day aip and dm and confirmed letter but for me only eligibility letter on dec 2 2020 and when I called them they said my security still in processing and you still in normal time so my point it’s failed system with failed officers who don’t like refugees. I need the Pr only for my son to apply for him in very important things I can’t do it without the Pr in Calgary Alberta
So this officers have no mercy for refugees and they don’t work hard like refugees working hard in anything to make food in table
