No they don't count. I assume that it is not a Canadian business. Plus only physical days residing in Canada count towards citizenship.

i am more concerned with your 16 years old child. be careful, if your child lost PR status, you may not be able to sponsor him to come to canada if your child is above certain age (maybe age 16). in general rule, every PR of canada must fulfill 2 out of 5 years physical presence!!!. there are exceptions to the rule. but from your post, your child does not fell into any of the exceptions. you don't want to be caught in the senario that your whole family settles in canada and your age 16 child cannot unite with you in canada because he lost the PR and are above the age.

Children can be sponsored up until age 22 if they are not married and even longer if they are full time students. However, if they children are in Canada, it is best to have them stay there until they are at a point you can look at the past 5 years and say for sure they have 730 days in Canada in that period. Then you can apply to renew their PR cards.

children 16 yrs ,10yrs and 9yrs are not in canada but travel regular atleast 1 or 2 times within every 6 months they all PR holder along with parent .Parent complete the 730 days to renew the PR but childern only have about 530 days ,i want to renew all PR at once, since all PR expire at the same time. .Will immigration renew the childern PR ,if i apply for both childern and parent at same time .This is important because we all need to travel ,so we at all time need the PR CARD to be vaild.

The children need to meet the residency requirements too as well as the parents. If the children have only 530 days and you apply to renew their PR cards, the applications will take forever for the first of it because they do not meet the requirements, they take another route through the system and in the end, they may or may not let them keep their PR. If the children lose their PR, one of the parents must be residing in Canada in order to sponsor them for PR again. Residing means staying in Canada except for possibly short vacations. Sponsoring the children can take anywhere from 6 months to about 2 years depending on your country of residence.

A PR is really for people who want to live in Canada. If you are not committed to living in Canada, then maybe you should look into a multiple entry visa for yourself and family.
