Time between desicion made and card arriving?

Hi people,

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 25, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 4, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on October 4, 2021.

My mom has applied for PR card renewal back in June. On ecas her application changed to decision made on Oct 4(same day they started processing)
And till now Nov 21 she still hasn't got anything. No card, no mail or email.

I wonder what is going on? Did her card got lost in the mail? Should we be worried or call CIC?

ecas doesn't say that her card was mailed, which means either 1) her card is still in production, or 2) her card was sent to the local office. Call them and know from them which one it is.

Really? How long does it usually take from decision made to getting the card?
The ecas website's definition of "decision made" says you should get it within 4 weeks. I guess they are just very sloppy then?

I got Decision Made in March and still waiting till now, but that’s because I’ve been selected for in person pickup. Try calling IRCC they should tell you if your card was selected for in person pickup.

Man this sucks. Why they gotta offer this "in person pickup" to us if it is this bad. sucks...
